What is a Lead Manager (LM)?
Lead managers are individuals who have years of experience in the aesthetic/spa industry and are trained on ALL the latest aesthetic services. They are trained on GoHighLevel (CRM) and certain EMRs in order to convert leads into bookings. They understand the lead nurturing process and know how to successfully retarget and engage leads using sales tactics. Med Spa Office has effectively created a proactive and efficient process to book, engage, nurture and follow up with all incoming leads for your medical spa practice.
Will my LM only work for me?
Depending on the package, you can either choose part time or full time – this will determine whether your LM will work solely for you.
What tasks can a LM support?
- Job Details:
Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, texting, emailing new and current leads through the CRM system (GoHigh Level). While managing the entire lead pool and track bookings and conversions.
How do you help prepare for the first day of the LM?
We will request you to fill out all intake forms prior to officially starting. One Intake form will ask for your practice credentials to the EMR, logins, and adding a new account with authorization. Another intake form will ask questions about your practice, services, promotions, staff etc. Once we review these completed forms, we will then officially start!
